Native winemaker, Ramiro Ibáñez, is striving to revive traditions and express the unique terroir of Jerez, SW Spain. He built his small bodega in a former boat repair shop overlooking the river. This is made from Palomino grapes (the grape used for most sherry production) grown on the legendary local albariza white chalk soil. The vineyards are 45 metres above sea level- the point at which Ramiro believes the soils best express themselves. This is an unfortified sherry style wine, aged under flor.
