A field blend of Malvasia,Ortugo, Marsanne, Trebbiano, Santa Maria + Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are left on their skins for 5 days, leaving a pretty and delicate style of Orange wine. Tastes like grapefruit pith and white peaches, with a herbaceous edge.
