From Emilia-Romagna in Italy, in the midst of the Appenine Mountain range. Made by local boy Guilio Armani who’s lived in the area all his life. Dinavolino is an orange wine made from a field blend of varieties including Malvasia, Ortrugo, Marsanne, and other local varieties. The wine spends 5 days on its skins, prior to wild yeast fermentation and 8 months ageing on lees. No sulphur additions.
