Deya Leckhampton Hill
Leckhampton Hill is an oak aged mixed fermentation ale with locally foraged elderflower. DEYA's 2021 edition has been conditioned in red wine barrels for 12 months with a mixed culture. The result is a tart, funky and quenching ale with big up front elderflower and underlying lemon, hay and grassy aromas and flavours.
