Despite it being a hot climate in Alicante they’re able to make fresh styles of wine due to their vineyards located at altitude (600m) by the coast. Both these things help keep temperatures down. Everything in the winery is minimal intervention, with no additions, fining or filtration and no added SO2. This is all biodynamic Moscatel de Alexandria, a really aromatic variety which is fermented in stainless steel and spends a month in contact with the skins. Aged in clay amphora.
