Made from Zweigelt (a grape indigenous to Austria) + Cabernet Sauvignon. Named ‘fox and hare’ after an Austrian saying ‘where the fox and hare say good night’ meaning a remote place surrounded by forest. Grapes are grown organically. Fermentation occurs using natural yeasts, then, fermented using the ancestral method. No added sulphur.
