The Half Cut Wine Club is our monthly wine subscription service!

A case of 3 or 6 bottles, curated by our brilliant in-house sommelier Holly, delivered direct to your door each month with a tasting guide and advice on pairings and storage.

Wine Club members also get special perks, including 10% off your bill whenever you visit in person, early access to event tickets and tastings and much more.

This month's case has been designed with celebratory drinking in mind. If you order the three bottle case you'll get the first three wines, and you'll get the whole lot if you go for the six bottle option:

Westwell, Pelegrim NV; Kent, England NV
Bottle fermented bubbly made from a blend of classic Champagne grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir + Meunier). Aged on lees for 36 months, which gives amazing depth and a toasty, briochey complexity.

Enderle & Moll, Weiss & Grau; Baden, Germany 2021
Weissburgunder (pinot blanc) + Grauburgunder (pinot gris) that spends 3-4 weeks on skins. Savoury and subtle. Quince, pineapple and smoke. Grown biodynamically in South West Germany.

C Preisinger, Zweigelt 'Kieselstein'; Burgenland, Austria 2020
Made from Austrian native grape Zweigelt, Claus Preisinger's made a delightful and juicy wine. A nice bit of weight and richness with bright blackberry fruit flavours. But little tannin means this goes down easily with or without food.

Foradori, Manzoni Bianco 'Fontanasanta'; Trentino, Italy 2021
A rich and savoury style that smells like mountain air, almonds + white flowers. Elizabetta Foradori championed the use of local grape varieties in the area when everyone else was planting boring international varieties like Sauvignon Blanc. The estate is now run by her 2 sons.

Dalamara, Xinomavro; Naoussa, Greece 2020
This wine is born in North Greece, in the mountanous region of Naoussa. Local grape Xinomavro is right at home here. Smells like a mediteranean afternoon, with wafts of olive trees and tomato leaves in between the ripe red fruit character.

Gramenon, Poignee de Raisin; S Rhone, France 2020
Uncommonly for the area, this wine is 100% Grenache. It's all about the fruit, with buckets full of blackcurrent and raspberry with a little dose of violet flowers.

You can't always get what you want :'(

Some of the stuff on our shelves is just too damn fresh to offer for delivery. If you've seen that we've got something but can't find it on here then you'll have to pay us a visit!

Blackmail? Maybe, but we'd love to see you...
