Grown on the outskirts of Vienna, when the historical style of wine is 'Gemischter Satz', a field blend of many different varieties. This made from a blend including Gruner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay + Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes all spend a few hours on skins to add texture. Before being aged in stainless steel tanks. Grapefruit, pear and honey.
