From Jura cult leader Jean Francois Ganevat. This is a Pinot Noir from Arbois, the hub of the region, which is aged in French oak barrels for a year. Red cherry + plum aromas give way to a darker, smoky balsamic finish. Low intervention, with no filtration, no added sulphur. Tastes like magic.
