An Italian dessert wine made in a passito style. This means the grapes are dried, concentrating the sugars and intensifying the flavours, before being fermented into a sweet wine. Made from biodynamically grown Malvasia di Candia Aromatica. Tastes like dried fruit, bitter caramel + stewed apricots. The perfect wine for sticky toffee pudding.
