Les Vins Pirouettes is a project started by renound local winemaker Christian Binner. Working with a selection of organic growers, he lends a hand, offering advice and guidance. This is from local winemaker David and it's a blend of lots of red and white grapes including Auxerrois, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Gewurztraminer. Light and bright, cranberry, pomegranate and blossom.
