Matassa winemaker Tom Lubbe is a bit of a legend in the natural wine scene. He's been based in the Rousillion (SW France, towards to Spanish border) for yonks and has a reputation for helping out young vignerons on their quests to work more in tune with nature. Fragrent redcurrant juice.
