A bone-dry sparkling wine from Northern Spain from Vicente Garcia 'the Godfather of Valencian Cava'. A blend of Macabeo, Parrelleda & Xarello and aged for bottle for 16 months before it's let out the winery. Apricot, green apple & quince.
Pair with some Manchego cheese & membrillo for excellent Spanish vibes.
