Made by the chefs from Farang in Finsbury Park, this burnt chilli sauce packs some serious flavour.
Long red chillies roasted over an open flame until sweetened and charred are the key to its tasty flavour. They give the sauce a spicy tingle that keeps you wanting more. A perfect addition to a stir fry, soups and incredibly dippable!
