An eclectic mix of grape varieties; Semillon, Vermentino, Muscat, Viognier +. Chardonnay, made using various winemaking techniques. A bit of skin contact here, some oak aging there... An aromatic style with lots of richness, but most remarkably for the hot, hot area, lovely, bright acidity and freshness. Fruit salad flavours - grape, peach, apricot, apple, melon + pineapple.
