Solvay Society are a Belgian born, Leyton based brewery founded by a former scientist. 

This Tripel draws its inspiration from monastic brewing but at a very contemporary 11% ABV. The strength is paired with some special spice & pear yeast aromas, the characteristic gooseberry flavour of  Nelson Sauvin hops and a touch of vanilla to round it all out. 

You can't always get what you want :'(
