Hailing from Catalonia, just SW of Barcelona, winemakers Albert + Mariona champion the local varieties. This is Trepat, a large, thin skinned grape similar to Poulsard (from the Jura). Light bodied and aromatic, this tastes like cherries, dried rose petals with a bit of peppery spice.
