Natural Cooperative Valli Unite are based in the NW Italian region of Piedmonte. Made from local grapes Cortese (more commonly found in Gavi wines) and Timorasso. Tastes like crunchy yellow apples and lemon pith. Unfined and unfiltered giving this wine a gentle haze.
