Grown on the North Downs in Kent, just below a centuries old Pilgrim route to Canterbury. Bottle fermented bubbly made from a blend of classic Champagne grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir + Meunier). Aged on lees for 36 months, which gives amazing depth and a toasty, briochey complexity.
