A restaurant, wine bar + shop on the York Way Riviera™ serving up dinner and drinks Tuesday-Saturday, with wine available for take away any time we're open.
We serve a regularly changing, seasonal menu based around seasonal produce, grilled proteins and other delicious stuff we like to eat
Food + Drink
We change our menu regularly depending on the produce available from our suppliers. We source regeneratively farmed meat from the Ethical Butcher, day boat fish from Fin & Flounder, regeneratively grown flour from Wildfarmed and fruit & vegetables from Natoora.
The menu has a mix of smaller drinking snacks & larger sharing plates, many of which are cooked over charcoal on our Japanese Konro grill.
We're also very proud of our desserts and always keep a seasonal eclair on the menu.
Set Menu
Every Tuesday & Wednesday we offer a set menu featuring a selection of stone cold classics from the kitchen.
The menu's designed for sharing with portions scaled up or down depending on how many of you there are at the table.
It's £24 per person for two course or £28 if you fancy having dessert. Veggie options are available, as is the usual a la carte menu alongside.
Large Bookings
Whether it's a birthday, a business lunch, friends get-together or a celebratory dinner, we are happy to accommodate large groups and private venue hires.
We take dinner bookings for large tables of 7-12 people, and offer private hire of the whole restaurant for groups of up to 26 for a sit down dinner and a party afterwards.
Wine Shop
We're big on wine at Half Cut, with around 80 bottles available for takeaway at any time.
The wine selection is curated by Half Cut co-owner Holly Willcocks, who also heads up the wine program at the perennially packed Mountain in Soho.
We mainly sell natural wines, but prioritise quality, taste and consistency over trendy labels.
