Hot4u at Half Cut Market

Hot4u was founded by ex-Cub head chef Matthew Scott in 2020 and we are over the moon to be serving their food at Half Cut Market. Here's how it works...

The Hot4u chefs cook dinner every Thursday, Friday & Saturday night from 6-10pm. The menu will change weekly and be announced on our Instagram each Wednesday. Expect oysters with koji hot sauce, fresh pasta with crab and fermented chilli, bottarga fried chicken and much more.

They have also helped us to develop a brilliant new bar menu which we'll be serving up for the rest of the week. This will be more consistent than the dinner menus, with items updated as the seasons change.
