Let's Get Half Cut

Half Cut Market is open for shopping, drinking and dining from Tuesday to Sunday every week.
For shoppers, there's around 80 wines available for takeaway, alongside 120 odd beers and a range of delicious snacks and store cupboard staples for hungry bellies. Curated by our very own in-house sommelier, our wine range tends towards low-intervention producers who don't rely on chemicals in the field or the winery.
If you're sticking around, we always have at least five wines available by the glass, three beers on draught, a couple of strong, seasonal cocktails and a selection of small plates designed to pair with whatever booze we're pouring that week.
There are regular pop-ups, events and kitchen takeovers to keep things fresh + interesting for guests, as well as giving our team the chance to learn from some of the best in the industry.
We take bookings in store or via Resy, and we always hold back space for walk-ins and regulars too.
