It's the day after Shrove Tuesday, it's a tasting of volcanic wines, it's... ASH WEDNESDAY!

Join Half Cut's resident sommelier, Holly Willcocks, for a trip beneath the tectonic plates, exploring the fascinating world of wines grown on volcanic soils. 

Over four taster glasses of wine you'll learn all about the challenges of growing vines on volatile terrain, discover the special planting techniques used to circumvent them and taste some truly fascinating, delicious booze.
