BRAVE NEW WORLD - Wine Tasting 22/3/22
Are you ready for an adventure? Join Half Cut's resident sommelier, Holly Willcocks, for a vinous voyage into the Brave New World of so-called New World wine.
Focussing on experimental and progressive producers from Australia to Argentina, you'll learn about the winemakers pushing boundaries in the new world, explore what sets these areas apart from historic wine growing regions and discuss whether these sorts of terms are even relevant in an increasingly global wine industry.
The tasting will run from 7-8pm on Tuesday 22nd of March. Tickets cost £20 and include four taster glasses of wine and a whole lot of knowledge.
