Daniel Wakins Cooks Outdoors @ Half Cut
We're incredibly excited to have Chef Daniel Watkins doing some live fire cooking at Half Cut on Friday 18th & Saturday 19th of May.
We're long-time fans of Dan's cooking from his time as Head Chef at St Leonards, and he's is taking things to a new level as chef and co-owner of Acme Fire Cult over in Dalston.
For his takeover of the Half Cut kitchen, Dan's going to be cooking a plant-based set menu of around 10 dishes from a special grill station outside the shop, alongside a very limited number of non-veggie specials available on a first-come basis.
Tickets are available for 2 sittings each night: 6-8:15 and 8:30-10:30. We think is going to sell out very quickly so please act fast to secure your space!

Some of the stuff on our shelves is just too damn fresh to offer for delivery. If you've seen that we've got something but can't find it on here then you'll have to pay us a visit!
