Join Half Cut's resident sommelier, WSET diploma holder & legendary gourmand Holly Willcocks for an indulgent evening of cheese and wine at Half Cut on January 31st.

Holly will guide you through four classic cheese and wine pairings, exploring the various elements which make a perfect match: salt, tang, acidity, sweetness and so on.

Tickets include four taster glasses of wine, each with a paired cheese, plus the confidence to master the cheese course pairing for ever more.
