Join Half Cut's resident sommelier, WSET diploma holder & all around legend Holly Willcocks for a tasting of delicious pink wine at 7pm on Tuesday 5th July.
She'll guide you through the different styles and shades of rosé - from the pale & dry stuff from Provence to some more unusual full flavoured rosatos.
How is it made? Where does it come from? Why do we only drink it in the sunshine? Holly will answer all these questions, and more, over four delicious glasses of ice cold pink wine.
