SKIN 2 SKIN - Orange Wine Tasting 07/02/23

Join Half Cut's resident sommelier, WSET diploma holder & all around legend Holly Willcocks for an introduction to the wild and wonderful world of orange wine on Tuesday 7th February.

Your ticket gets you 4 taster glasses of wine plus snacks and a whole lot of knowledge about skin contact in wine making. Holly will be running through the history of orange wine, examining how the length of skin contact impacts flavour and texture, introducing some key grape varieties and sharing some brilliant food pairing suggestions.

The tasting will run from 7-8pm on Feb 7th and we'll have some other special bottles available by the glass once the tasting has finished.
