Summer School: Weird Whites 101

The other kids are playing at the park but you're stuck at summer school again. Fortunately for you, Half Cut's Holly Willcocks is teaching this year & her new class is pretty cool. It's called Weird Whites 101.

Not all white wines are created equal, and there are a bunch of factors that effect the finished product: skin contact, ageing under flor, reduction and more. Different techniques can yield amazing wines which taste salty, rich or textured, and we want you to understand why.

Over four glasses of wine, Holly will give you the Weird Whites 101 and help you discover your new favourite summer white.
