Wild World - Beer Tasting 16/2/22
Join Half Cut's very own beer expert Edwin Methu for a funky forage through the world of sour beer.
Wild World will explore the different types of fermentation that make beers sour and trace the history of funky beer from Belgian lambics to contemporary fruited kettle sours and beyond.
Your ticket covers five pours of tart, sour goodness from lambics (yes we're pouring Cantillon) to the UK's finest farmhouse breweries and new wave fruity flavour bombs.
Edwin has been working in beer for well over a decade, including stints at some of the most respected breweries in the world. He has a wealth of boozy knowledge to share and is the perfect guide to have by your side as step into the Wild World of sour beer.
The tasting will run from 7-8pm on Wednesday 16th of February & there will be plenty of special sours on the shelf for afterwards. Tickets are super limited so act fast to secure your place.
